THE PHANTASMAL DELUGE
Carbonweave Pewter x White Dottyback
PROTOTYPE
Witness these aquatic friends swimming joyously within the sturdy confines of our brand-new, ironclad Carbonweave. The brilliant rose-tinted White Dottyback sets the aesthetic tone in a perfect marble fountain gradient.
The underlining pewter color of this cloth accentuates its symbiotic relationship with these curvy creatures perfectly, offering them the safest haven imaginable—and conversely filling on-lookers with an intense sense of envy toward their harmonious decor.
ABOUT CARBONWEAVE
Carbonweave is a close relative to our Ironmesh/Bambooluxe cloths. It is extremely durable and rigid to give players an alternate playing field to the typical soft and gentle surface. It is not for the faint of heart.
What originally captured us was its gorgeous aesthetics. Imagine taking a pewter-colored cast iron sheet and transforming into cloth form. It is sturdy, feels almost bulletproof, while still offering a pleasant field to glide your cards on.
CARBONWEAVE INK RESILIENCY DISCLAIMER
We felt it was accurate to give Carbonweave a low ink resiliency rating. Its unique, stain resistant surface makes it difficult for ink to fuse to its fibers, and while there is little risk of ink peeling off, it does render the ink rigid and will easily crack over time.
We stand by our claim that ink cracking is a normal and expected by-product of cloth mats in general and should not affect collector value. When it comes to battle-scars, the more the merrier!
NUMBERED AND CERTIFIED
Each field cloth comes with a numbered card signed and certified by a team member.
