The Dark Sorceress | CHASE | Jackalope Bismuth x The Scribe's Commandment
So it is written, so too it shall be made... A scribe from a distant land articulated their impassioned ambition to meet the most powerful sorceress who had ever lived with such commanding energy that it shook the roots of the old world to their very core! Therefore, the least the people could do was craft a tablet of their finest material to honor this scribe’s distinguished wordplay. A tablet that would immortalize his account until the end of time… |
Amanda LaPalme's legendary 2017 design inspired by Dark Magician Girl returns to commemorate the 5 year anniversary of our official launch in September 2017.
The Dark Sorceress appears on our new and rising Jackalope in its debut Bismuth colorway. Inked in our classic metallic Graphite ink for a timeless aesthetic.
Edge stitching features a blend of smoke and charcoal tones accented with metallic thread for added support and shimmer.
ABOUT JACKALOPE
Jackalope is a new experimental fabric from the same creators of Edencloth. While slightly thinner than its sibling, Jackalope boasts a silky plush surface with a fine bamboo-like texture. The texture crevices are micro-thin and unlikely to catch on the edges of card sleeves.
NOTE ABOUT INK CRACKING
As with all plush fabrics, ink can often crack when bent or folded. Cracking is not the same as chipping and so far we have not had any chipping issues with our premium plush fabrics.
Cracking occurs when the ink reaches a breaking point when the fabric is folded, causing the solid ink to form a crack as the fibers are stretched. Cracking is often unavoidable but disappears when the cloth is laid flat.
NOTE: From our preliminary tests, Jackalope Bismuth seems to hold its ink noticeably better than similarly plush fabrics.

OUR HEARTFELT THANKS 🙏
We want to thank you all, old and new customers, for being with us on this amazing journey. We know we "hibernated" from 2018 through most of 2020 and actually had no intention of ever coming back.
However, with a little nudging from Amanda LaPalme, it was the best decision ever to choose to re-launch our beloved brand and continue to innovate and evolve our products.
We only hope to continue to honor and serve you through the rest of these years we are here.
Onward 💫
